I was personally researching local installers. I was extremely happy with all contacts made, ie: telephone and visits to the showroom. All questions answered clearly and a wide range of stoves/makes explained before choosing. The fitters are friendly, courteous and gave attention to minimising dust and debris.The finished install looks good, given the time of year (July )we have only had a few small fires to settle it in. It seems efficient and effective. I would most certainly recommend Clarkes to others, they are a family firm committed to customer care and trust.
