It has to be a “high 5″ for everything. We were really pleased with the whole installation and it looks STUNNING!
The log burner is lit most evenings and we have had no problems at all with it. (Alan still has has to figure out how to light it – he seems to be leaving it to me)
I’ve talked to lots of people about it and everyone seems to know someone who had problems after installation.
I think the fact that we didn’t have problems is a reflection of the standard of workmanship which was excellent.
I was also really pleased with the advice from Bob regarding the bricks inside the chimney breast – his suggestion to clean up the bricks and repoint rather than use brick tiles to line the walls was a real money-saver and I love the finish of the original bricks – gives it character.
