We were pleased with the service and information because when we first walked into the showroom we were made very welcome. All the questions we asked were answered and when I asked about how to light the stove we had a demonstration.
The conduct of the workers was excellent. They were all polite, helpful and worked long hours. Nothing was too much trouble. We were always kept up to date with what was happening. They were all trustworthy and hardworking.
After the installation we were happy with the new Inglenook and stove.
